progesterone after FET

what is the required level of Progesterone supposed to be on the day of FET and then what should it be through out the 2ww?  I am on an artificial thaw cycle.  My endo was at 8mm 6 days before FET. On the day of FET a Progesterone BT was taken and they called to tell me it was 69 and that was great as they like it to be around 30.  What should it be maintained at during the 2ww?  The same, rising, lowering. Please explain?  I am 47 carrying DE and this is my 2nd cycle,  The last one was a Natural cycle with minimal Progesterone Backup and got AF day before BT.  My Progesterone level was down to 3.5 on day of BT?
I had a 3day 8 cell embie transferred.  Thankyou

There are so many different protocols for IVF that I hesitate to answer questions specifically, and would suggest that you ask your RE what levels he/she/they like to maintain.  Of interest, it seems from at least one study that I read that progesterone supplementation will not rescue an embryo that is not destined to be viable.  In other words, if the pregnancy is not going to succeed, taking extra progesterone is not going to help.
And, to answer the other part of your question, progesterone levels generally rise and remain very elevated in an ongoing pregnancy.
