I am 6wks3ds pregnant.  Transfer on 2/6/2008. LMP 1/15/2008.  I had the same symptoms: pulling and tugging in my lower abdomen, cramps (menstrual type), and bloating.  I got my first u/s at 5 wks/3days and the doctors saw one sac, but there was nothing visible.  Is this normal?  I still feel very pregnant.  No spotting or morning sickness at this point.  When should I schedule my next u/s?
