Motility: 30% Gr3
30% Gr2 Active
20% Gr1 Sluggish
20% Dead

Morphology - Normal forms: 70%
Morphology - Abnormal forms: 30% pin head,giant head, middle piece, defect, curved tail
Leucosytes: Nil
RBCS: Nil

Different laboratories use different values sometimes use different normal values,
but according to my information, your results look good.
