severe cramps i week after embryo plantation.

Hello,
Hopefully I can get some advice.
After all 3 embryo implantations I had severe cramps strange enough it only happens in the evening. And it lasts for 1 to 3 days. I also have lots of lower back pain. The pains are like menstrual pains or as if I was having a miscarriage.  The second week in I get my menstrual period.
When having the cyro’s treatments this does not occur.
Can anyone help me explain this.

Hi!
I'm not sure what you mean by cryo's treaments.  If you mean the freezing that is done to the cervix, the explanation may be that the cervix and the uterus have different nerve supplies.  The cramps you mention are typical of uterine pain, and are common after embryo transfer.  As far as I can tell, they don't have any prognostic significance.

If I understand you correctly the human body can react different from a new IVF/ICSI treatment to a Frozen Embryo Transfer?
The pain I does experience does not feel normal. It feels like my body has dismissed the embryo the implanting.
Here in the Netherlands I am prescribed 6 progesterone bolls to use during the embryo implantation.
Since my last treatment, almost 2 years ago I have been diagnosed with diabetes. And I am also now  taking medication for my thyroid.

When I was a younger (up to 4 years ago) I never use to menstrual often even sometimes up to a year. I also have a history of chlamydia. Where it was discovered years after, l had a liquid residue in my uterus

Lucky, I menstrual monthly now, with an average of every 31 days.
I sometimes wonder if all of these problems make it impossible for me to ever get pregnant.
