soft high cervix after periods

I have been diagnosed with PCOS. I started charting my BBT last month, as i have been trying to conceive for a year now. Last month i had a triphasic chart with implantation dip at DPO 8. I didnt get any severe PMS which is the usual case for me, but had hot flashes and sore nipples. I thot i got preg  But then I menstruated two days late then my predicted date. I had very heavy thick flow which was unusual.thick means that there were clots/ scrapes of lining comming out. I had four days of menstruation (usual). On CD 5 and 6 i have soft and high cervix again, although CF is not watery but not dry either. Whats going on, am i going to have early ovulation?? is it normal to have soft high cervix this early in cycle?

Cervix may be high or low and soft or firm. The texture and position changes along with the opening. These are considered as the secondary fertility signs. Primary are BBT (basal body temperature taken the first thing after you wake up in the morning) and the cervical mucous/ cervical fluid. If you start charting your BBT, you could somewhat predict the time of ovulation so it becomes easier to conceive. In order to know the changes in your primary and secondary fertility signs, you have to check them every day. There are procedures for doing all this. If you do search online, you will find lots of stuff.
These are just a few comments from my side from my limited knowledge. Do search these topics and read the indepth literature to understand all this.

You said you have a soft high cervix.....I'm somehwat new to the in depth TTC stuff...how can you tell when it's high or soft or changing positions??  I have heard this in other posts and was just wanting to know. And how does this affect knowing when you ovulate...I kinda feel like I am missing an important piece of ovulation prediction....any input would greatly be appreciated.
