HI!
Semen analysis doesn't have a very good predictive value for fertility, so men with a perfect score can be infertile, while those with poor values can still father children.
Normal motility should be about 50% forwardly motile sperm.
Intrauterine insemination is the best way to get around mild motility issues.  Intra-cytotplasmic sperm injection ICSI may be needed for severe problems.
