Hi!
I am a bit confused about who is asking.  Are you, the 50 year old, the male partner?
The sperm count is pretty good.  I don't know your lab normals, but these values look OK with the exception of the motility being a little low.  You may want to consider intrauterine insemination.  Is the female partner 34?
If you are over 50, you may want to consider a sperm dna fragmentation test.  If there is a lot of fragmented DNA, it could cause miscarriages.

hi doctor my wife is female and doctor give me medicine for active motililty the name of medcine mucosolvan la for 2months do you think this medcine is good for my motlity and will be come more active and my wife want to know if my active motility 40 can my wife be pregnant,i want to know precent how much precent did my wife be pregnant at this motilitythanks a lot doctor
