success of ovidrel

I will begin starting Ovidrel next week and I was wondering what the success rate is with this fertiltiy drug.  I have miscarried 1 time in the past, but this was mostly due to a very large fibroid, which has now been removed.  After charting my temp,  my fertility specialist is saying that it appears that my eggs are not maturing enought to get pregnant.  Any thoughts?

Ovidrel is a commonly used drug that matures the egg and assures ovulation. It is unusual to be using this drug without other fertility drugs such as clomid, gonal-f, follistim, bravelle, or menopur, since all ovidrel does is facilitate the final steps in ovulation. Ovidrel by itself is rarely used to treat a fertility problem. I am sorry, but I cannot really give you a success percentage, since I am not quite certain why or how the ovidrel is being used.
