trying to get pregnant

I had my last period on September 14th and I am 41 years old but I want to be pregnant with my first baby with a man that I have been with for 3 years...he is on dialysis and is it safe and am I even able to have a baby with him at my age and with his conditon????.....what is the best time for us to try to conceive if at all possible???

Anything is possible!  You have picked a difficult task though.  If your SO is able to have orgasms, and if he has sperm, then you have one side of the equation.  Your side may be the more difficult side.

You can take an FSH test and have an ultrasound done to look for antral follicles---these tests will give you a ballpark idea about whether you can have a baby.

Well, once this information, the next thing to do is try!  Ovulation predictor kits can help you.determine when is the optimal time for intercourse.
