Hi!
If you were my patient, the first test I would run is an HSG (hysterosalpingogram).  This is a special xray that tells whether or not the tubes are blocked.  If your tubes are blocked, you won't get pregnant. The way to solve that problem is either to have surgery to fix the tubes ( less likely to work ) or In Vitro Fertilization (test tube baby). I think its time to get an appointment and find out what is going on--if you really want a baby, a doctor can probably help you!
Good luck!

I had an ectopic pregnancy and ending up having my R tube removed due to the fact that by the time it was diagnosed it had ruptured. Did that happen in your case? I was always told that my chances of concieving were cut in half and I was at a higher risk for another ectopic compared to someone who had never had one.
