when did i get pregnant?

Ok this is kinda complicated but....on oct 31st of 2008 I had unprotected sex.  I took test the week of my peroid which was nov 12th or 14th neg but then on the 22nd of nov took a test again at the hospital urine and it was negative so then on nov 24th through the 1st of dec had unprotected sex.  On dec 13th and 14th took a hpt both neg so I went to the doc on the 17th of dec and got a blood test it was positive so....when did I actually get pregnant the first of nov or the end?  But from oct 20th until my next peroid in nov I was on the pill.  aND NOW ON JAN 29TH I AM MEASURING 10 WEEKS.

Best Guess:
I'll bet the conception date was around the 24th of November.  This would put your ovulation about 14 days after your period.  It might have been too early to detect the pregnancy when you tested on 12/13 and 14.  All of this matches your measurement of 10 weeks now.  

Your most accurate timing is going to be to get an ultrasound and work backwards from that.  Without knowing that information though, everything points to the End of November.
