why is AF late 2 days, but HPT says neg!!!!

So I was wondering, we had a natural IUI done on 4 May, however I had OPK (ovulation predictor test) done, two solid lines from 3 May -8 May (weird). My Period was due 17 May and still has not showed her ugly face. I have no period cramps and I usually do before AF, could I be pregnant? Also, I took the HPT(cheap one), said neg. What to do, I do not have  a beta scheduled, advices? anyone...thanks for support!

I ALWAYS recommend a pregnancy test, in this case, you could ask your doctor for a blood test, or re-test with a home urine test.  Pregnancy would certainly be the first thing on my list of differential diagnoses!  If you are NOT pregnant, you could ask your doctor for some progesterone to start your period so that you can get on with your next cycle.

Thank you for your reply....I guess my Af was just late....we are trying clomid this cycle and no iui...;)
