Early Pregnancy Signs?

OK so this is my first month taking Clomid 50 mg with Metformin 1000 mg ER. I started taking it on 11/24 and I am not sure when I ovulated. We BD almost ever other night from 12/1-12/9 two days we BD in a row. I am on CD 19 and have been having feelings that are not normal for me. About mid way through my ovulation week I started getting AF like cramps on right and left side. Yesterday I was a little nauseous in the afternoon and I had a pinching feeling (TMI) in my cervix. I also feel "full" like in my pelvis area. Today I have been nauseous since breakfast, had cramps, a little bit of back pain and my left bb is really sore on the side. I don't really count the bb being sore because I always have sore bbs before AF. Is this just a side effect of Clomid or possible an early pregnancy sign? Thanks so much for your help!

I'm so anxious with this cycle. I hope it works for me as well, i've already got names picked out lol

I am trying to wait it out! I know it would be too early to tell but I don't know what any of these symptoms mean because I have never had them. If they continue then I will take one on Monday morning before I go to the Doctor for my progesterone test. I might even ask for an HCG test to see if it might have gone up. Hoping!!!!!

Oh I forgot I have also been having really bad pain in my hip joint at night. I usually only have this if I wore my heels for too long that day but I have not wore heels in two weeks. My temp is also up. I did not chart my temps because I had a cold at the beginning of my cycle which threw my temps for 95.4- 98.9 so they were way off. I am usually 96.7 or so. Today my temp is 98.2.
