Green Tea/Pregnancy Symptoms...Hmmmm

I think I've found why my "pregnancy symptoms" were there.  I called myself drinking decaf green tea and thought it was okay.  I got AF and I still have the symptoms.  Well, read on and you'll see every single symptom I had!!!  I pulled this from an internet site. I knew I wasn't crazy!!!

Some of the known side effects of green tea include gas, nausea, heartburn, abdominal pain, dizziness, headache, and muscle pain. However, the researchers concluded that these side effects were "minor". However, the majority of people had no side effects. Just like people can be allergic to things like peanuts, bee stings, or other foods, they can also have reactions to green tea.

If I had to describe the side effects I would label them as "allergies" instead of green tea side effects. If you've never had tea before, you'll have to try it out and see if you get any symptoms. If you're worried, just be sure to only have a small amount the first time you try it. Sometimes your body just needs to get used to the new substance in your body (tea).
