Heartburn and tight stretching feeling

I don't know if I'm pregnant yet, but has anyone had heartburn in early pregnancy? Today I had really a bad burning sensation in my stomach and I have never had heartburn in my life.

Also, a couple of days ago I had an intense tight stretching/pulling sensation in my lower belly that lasted more than an hour. And last night, I had sharp pains low on my left side for about 30 minutes.

Has anyone had any of these symptoms early in their pregnancy?

I had the same uncomfortble stretching feeling you're describing.  Then my back hurt, and my skin broke out really badly (I looked like I had chicken pox!)  Then I had more severe pain.  When I went into the doctor's I was definitely prego.  At 19 days past ovulation I had an HCG of 970.  No surpirse to me, I know when my face broke out and I started smelling every little thing.

Sounds like a good sign to me! I will cross my fingers for you. My first two signs (prior to BFP) were: a zit (I never get them, I usually just get a red bump on my face every month, but no true zits) and my hands and feet kept falling asleep. Good luck! I hope it's your month!

I also had heartburn days before a positive test.  My other early symptom was a dry mouth with a funny metallic taste.

I had reeeeeeeally bad heartburn with both of my pregnancies- even before I found out I was pregnant!

I had terrible heartburn before confirming my pregnancy test!! It only lasted a few days and havent' had it so bad anymore...
