Pregnancy symptoms after an IUI

Hi everyone, this is my 1st time posting on a site like this. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and deemed infertile. I had a Lyperoscopy and a Hysteroscopy operation, did 1 cycle of Clomid, and now most recently got an IUI. The 2 week mark is wearing on me. As all of you can relate...it has been gut wrenching every month when I get my period after all of these treatments. I just got an IUI about 5 days ago...would I feel any symptoms? I am feeling crampy and my breasts are tender (like when you get your period). I am stressing so bad that I am in fact getting my period once again. Are these symptoms signs that the IUI worked or is it the inevitable? Does anyone know?

My son was conceived with IUI.  My earliest symptoms started around 6 to 8dpo.  They included mildly tender bbs, mild heart burn and increased thirst.

best of luck to you.

2ww can be total hell!!  I am sorry you are going through it over the holidays.

5dpIUI is way too early for symptoms since implantation does not take place on average till about 8 dpo.  My bfp cycle I actually did not have any symptoms.  In fact, many ladies do not get any real pregnancy symptoms till after 8 weeks.

I hope IUI works for you and 2009 starts with a BFP!!
