getting pregnant while on bc pills

I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks with twins in January.  I started taking bc pills on Jan 22nd. I had my first period right on time in feb. I took my last pill last week. I was due for my next period on the 14th and it still hasn't happend. I'm now 3 days late. Could it be because I quit taking the pill that my cycle is off, or is there a possibility that I could be pregnant again? Does anyone know what my chances are considering I was only on the pill for almost 2 month?

Thank you.  I am thinking that it is because of the pills.  I haven't had much cramping in the last week and I was feeling some nausea, so i took a test yesterday and that came back negative.  Is that normal that I haven't started, since I was only on the pill for that short period of 2 months.  I'm just worried, because at this point I do not know when I am ovulating.

Its possible that it is because of the pill cause your period does not regulate until three months of the pill. Even then still check for pregnancy in case.
