has the injection messed me up

im 19 now.i had my little girl when i was 16.after i had her i went on the injection i have now been of the injection for about 2 years and i cant seem to get pregnant i think having the injection has messed me up and im terrified that i wont be able to have anymore children.please help me.

It was probably depo provera (if it was birth control).  How long have you been TTC?  If it's been a year or more then it's time to talk with your doctor because he may want to do some testing on your hormones.  If there are something wrong with your hormones I don't think it's from the depo though.  If anything birth control doesn't have you ovulate so your eggs are preserved (that is of course until you go off the medication and start ovulating again).  If you don't mind me asking to you track your ovulation and make sure you are doing the baby making thing at the right time?  I used an ovulation predictor kit the month I got pregnant.  It helped me see what my body was doing around the time of ovulation so I knew when to BD.  Just a thought.  Lots of luck TTC.

ive been of it for about 2 years now.i dont no what injection it was i only no that the needle went into my bum.

When was your last injection?  If it was within the last 2 1/2 months then it is than you still have the medication working in you.  It may also take a little while for all the medication to get out of your system.  I don't think it messed you up I just think if you just came off the depo then it may take a little bit for you to get all the hormones out of your system.  How long have you been TTC?  It normally takes women about 9 months to get pregnant.  Try not to get discouraged but I know it's easier said then done.  Good luck.
