Hi there,
A low sperm count can be caused by number of causes.Stress, alcohol ingestion and smoking all can cause put a man at risk of sperm problems.Varicocoele, infections, hormonal imbalances, sperm duct defects, chromosomal defects all can cause low sperm count. The various treatment options are use of antibiotics if there is any infection. Hormone replacement or medications may be prescribed to change hormone levels. In few cases assisted reproductive technologies may be helpful. Protein in urine can be seen in any kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, fever; heart disease etc.It should not affect the fertility of any woman. A clinical examination and seeking the opinion of your attending doctor will be helpful. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. I hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
