It turns out that one week after the transfer my HCG was 243....
They just tested me 2 weeks after the transfer and they are 2468. I freaked out because I thought that was way TOO HIGH! However, they assured me that everything is completely normal.

Good luck to everyone! :)

I had to make a doctor's appt. today because I have been cramping and now my stomach has completely protruded out! It looks like I am 4 months pregnant, and it's uncomfortable to even walk.

They did an ultrasound and bloodwork and indicated that I have moderate ovarian hyperstimulation.  And I just got the good news.....WE ARE PREGNANT!!!! It's only been 8 days since the transfer, but they said that there is no doubt! My numbers are too high.

Keep the faith ladies and Good luck!

My advice is in the two weeks relax and dnt get stressed easier said than done just try get on with your day to day life time will go that little bit faster. I hope you all get what alot take for granted to be a mummy. I know just how it feels and especially at themmoment when there is a baby boom. Xx

We just finished up our 1st cycle and am in the dreaded 2 week waiting period! For me, it wasn't that bad! Although, my husband may beg to differ!  The process can at times...make you pretty cranky!

Initially, the shots were not that bad....I was on Brevelle and Menopur...however, by the end, they became PAINFUL!  There was no spot left on my abdomen that hadn't been poked with a needle.

Best of luck to you!

Ah, nuts, my "questions for you" searcher put your question into a different forum.  I see you're in the IVF forum.  Anyway, this is the place to find people currently doing IVF.
