period cramps but no blood??

hello .
my period isnt due til monday 19th but since wedsnesday 14th (8dpo) i have had awful period pains/cramps but no blood? last night the pain woke me it was that bad . could i be pregnant? i took an internet cheapie this morning but was neg but not to confident about them as the first 3 were dud ones.

These cramps can be due to premenstrual symptoms. For confirming the status of pregnancy, I would suggest to get your serum HCG levels estimated since this is more specific than urine for pregnancy tests. The HCG (it is a hormone) levels rise only in pregnancy and its presence will confirm the status of your pregnancy.

I had stomach cramps when i was pregnant so yes you could be. Go and have a beta best on the 19th. It would be too early now to test on a cheapie now so it would more than likely still eb negative.
