pregnancy symptoms multiple negative tests

Ok so I have spent a couple hours reading the posts and I'm glad I am not alone but reallly really curious as to what the "deal is". I had my last period October 3rd and had sex on the 15th and the 21 st. My periods are typically 26 in a half days and like clockwork usually starting between 10am and noon. Anyhow I have yet to have a period and have felt nauseous pretty much 24/7. My breasts don't seem sore  maybe a lil tender but i got little tata's .. so i dunno. I have also been more tired and difficulty in sleeping but I have trouble sleeping sometimes anyhow. More recently I have had a voracious appetite and broke out with a big ole pimple on my nose . I never break out. I feel more moody but not so sure  as its not real real extreme just feel less tolerant. I have had several negative pregnancy home tests but really feellike I am pregnant. Spoke to my gyn who is a work friend and she said some women take longer to build up the hcg and depending on how long fertilization took and implantation the levels might not be high enough for the home PT. The not knowing is killing me but Im trying to be patient and not waste a ton of money on PT tests. I have had no real cramping but I have felt " funny in my belly.. dont know how to describe it just a tight feeling. I also had some TMI discharge clear to white not milky no smell no burning or itching. I heard this sometimes happens when the mucous plug is forming. The last test I took was this evening  but I probably should of waited till I had held my urnine longer to be sure it was more concentrated. I would think if its ectopic I would of felt more symptoms by now. I duno Im frustrated .. would like to be pregnant but .. any suggestions or feed back. I know  I can go get a blood test and figure Ill call monday to schedule an appt but didnt want to be premature. I have read several of the posts that said you all tested negative for weeks some even months but were in fact pregnant. Ok done rambling I feel better just venting ! Btw I should of mentioned I am never late even with stress if anything I am early if overstressed.

i agree with tara8888  i think your pegnant if you have no patientce  get blood work done monday and in a couple of days you'll know!   :)   good luck   keep posted

You are probably pregnant.  From all the info you posted it looks like you ovulated on the 16th- which was perfect to have sex the 15th.  Many, many, many women test too early.  I have heard about women that test negative, then get a positive after 8 weeks past their next due period.  It is hard waiting, but hang in there.  It takes a while for the hcg levels to go up.  Hope you post a positive soon!
