Totally not trying to scare you, but around that exact same time in my last pregnancy I started losing some of my symptoms.   I never had morning sickness with either of my pregnancies though, just tender breasts and heartburn.   Anyways,  I kinda just felt like something wasn't quite right so I asked to see my dac s little sooner than I had originally scyth for my first prenatal check.  He did an ultrasound for me a couple of weeks later (around 10 weeks I think) and there was a bag of waters with no baby inside.  Turns out, I had 2 fetal sacs inside (twins) but nothing else.  I ended up miscarrying about a week later.  So my point is asking to see ur doc early wouldn't hurt and it will put ur mind at ease.  Hoping best wishes for u and ur family!

Every pregnancy is different. I don't think you're having a miscarriage.

I think you would show other signs of miscarriage outside of not having morning sickness anymore. . some people have morning sickness on one pregnancy and nothing on their second pregnancy at all. . don't panic... when is your first ultrasound?  Congrats and all the best!  Keep me posted!
