15 days with high cervix??

My cervix has been high soft and closed for 15 days straight! ANY THOUGHTS?? I TOOK a HPT yesterday FMU it came back BFN! I am on cycle day 36, I believe I o'd on cd 18, I had brownish tinged Cervical mucus on the 6th of this month and on the 13th.....
My breasts are tender and swollen, I have had a heaviness in my lower abdomen, kinda full.
Has anyone experienced this and been pregnant? MY Cervical Mucus is eggwhitish and has been for 15 days...

when I was pregnant I got the same symptoms so good luck !
