After Clomid

by Saskatoon, Aug 02, 2007 09:54AM
Question for you all.  Clomid has been helping me ovulate the past 2 months.  My question is, does Clomid just do the trick for the month or does it actually help regulate the cycle so that even when you're not on Clomid, it should help get your body back on track?

Any ideas?

Good question!  I'd like to know too!  I've heard it can remain in your system 30-45 days after.  I was thinking about skipping a cycle next month just to see.

I hope someone knows this one. I've often wondered that. B4 Clomid(since mc)my cycles were long and unpredictable. Since clomid they've been normal like pre-mc. I hope they stay that way.

for me it regulated my cycle i did 5 months of clomid and then they told me they would do one more month and then they would refer me to a specialty clinic. we decided to take a break for that month and low and behold we got preggers that month and before clomid i didn't O so i believe that it helped to regulate mine.
