Hi there, I'm 34 with 3 mc's each at 6 weeks. I've just been diagnosed with Protein S defficiency. Is there anyone else who has this and has carried to term?
My sister had 2 children in her 30s and in her late 40s discovered that she has a Protein S deficiency after she had her appendixAppendectomy removed. She had clotting issues and part of her small intestine died and she had to have that part removed.
We're trying to have a 3rd child and haven't had luck. Just found out I have "decreased Protein-S deficiency" and my doc said that may be related to our conception problems. Doc is sending me to see a hematologist.
i too have protein s deficiency. i have not had any children and beyond that ability now. i was diagnosed about 1 1/2 years ago. i have read that it can be difficult to have children with this condition.
