My doctor asked for a CA125 and the result was 40 U, slightly above the normalNormal saline flush levels, though not alarmingly high... He has asked me to do it again, after my next period. Does this level already indicate that endometriosis is present? Are there any other tests I can do to diagnose endometriosis? Or is the next step the laparoscopyDiagnostic laparoscopy Gynecologic laparoscopy Incision for abdominal laparoscopy Laparoscopy Pelvic laparoscopy again? Didn't want to undergo surgery unecessarily, but I'm 36 (and still want a couple of children), so I don't want to "wait" this out... Thanx for any info.
