I had a + OPK on CD 17, CD 18 my temp went down, but CD 19 and CD 20 my temps went up. Now my concern is that I usually am a 26 day cycle, so if I ovulated this late in a cycle is there anyway I can sustain a pregancy or does it have to be 14 days passed ovulation?
If you are new to bbt charting, you are looking for trends. If there is a random high or low temp mixedMixed respiratory vaccine in where it shouldn't be, you can usually disregard those. I've also seen others post about implantation thermal changes, but I don't know much about it. If you usually have a 26 day cycle, a thermal shift around cd 19-20 would be around the time of implantation, if you are PG?? Something to think about... Best of luck to you.
If so, is your thermal shift always this late in your cycle? If it is, I would think that is a problem and you should discuss it with your DR or RE.
If this is a random occurrence, I would guess that you will start AF about 14 days after ovulation.
You can also get false + OPKs if your urine is too concentrated.
