Calling All Women of Strength!!!

by mommyin10, Jun 01, 2009 10:35PM
A Strong Woman VS. A Woman Of Strength

A strong woman works out every day to keep her body in shape…
But a woman of strength builds relationships to keep her soul in shape.

A strong woman isn't afraid of anything…
But a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of fear.

A strong woman won't let anyone get the better of her…
But a woman of strength gives the best of herself to everyone.

A strong woman makes mistakes and avoids the same in the future…
A woman of strength realizes life's mistakes can also be unexpected blessings and capitalizes on them.

A strong woman wears a look of confidence on her face…
But a woman of strength wears grace.

A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey…
But a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey that she will become strong.

Good Morning! I'll have to find the old thread to catch up a bit...

Guesito: How are you feeling? Good luck on Friday!!!

Rachjas: Good luck with the lupron!!!

Keyan: Good luck tomorrow with your surgery. I hope all goes well :-)

Mrspace: How are things your way? Anything new from the Doc?

As for me - not bad here. My Grandma is in the hospital again so I went to see her yesterday and then had lunch with a friend I haven't seen for 6 years! It was nice :-) About 845 last night I started getting really nauseated - it came on really fast. I ended up getting sick then took a shower. I'm not quite sure what the deal is there. Maybe it will be like that every night and then I'll have a pretty good assumption that it will be a BFP lol :-) I'll check in later with you all - have a good day!!

Hugs, Love and SSBD to all :-)

by luvkayln, Jun 02, 2009 07:18AM
Mommyin10- I'm so glad to hear your appointment went well! So you'll submit your application after you and dh get your results back, and then will know if you'll get that deal or not? I hope you get it...! SO, it was so cute on your last post on the other thread, you meant to say BCP's, but you said BFP's! I loved it!! :) I know what's on your brain, ;)!!! I'm so excited for you! :)

Guesito- Sorry about the neg, but yes, you are so right! It's still early, and that's great you still have all your symptoms! That's an awesome sign! :) Your beta isn't even until Friday, so I bet you are pregnant, your little one(s) are just making you be a little more patient!! :) Let us know if you decided to test today, I can't wait to hear the results!! Good luck! :)

Keyan- Thinking of you, and sending you all the best wishes for tomorrow! I hope, hope, hope that you get great news! You deserve to start trying right away! You've been a very patient lady! ;) Good luck sweetie, and update asap! :)

Lina- Best wishes for your new job today! I know you're so excited! :)

Well, not much new going on with me! :) We had an employee appreciation party last night at work, drinks/bbq were on the boss man, so I enjoyed a wine glass full of water all night! lol :) Hey, everyone else had a wine glass, I wanted to be a part of the cool club! lol ;) The food was awesome, probably the best part... well, for me anyways! :) I'm always hungry I feel like! I need to post pics so you guys can see this big 'ol belly! :) I can't wait, my appointment is a week from today, and I'll get to meet my delivery doctor! My RE said that my doctor is brand new, right out of med school, which is fine by me especially since my RE said she'll probably be really super cautious with me, just given my history, and that they'll probably set a due date for me and induce me and watch me extra carefully! I'm in Heaven, that's exactly what I wanted to hear! :) I just want this baby to make it, and I'm glad that I'll get someone who will care just like my RE does! :) So I'm sure I'll get another u/s, so I can't wait to see how much the baby has grown! :) Well, have a great day all! Gotta finish getting ready for work! :)

by luvkayln, Jun 02, 2009 07:22AM
dnikki- We were posting at the same time! :) Sorry to hear about your Grandma, I hope she feels better soon! That's great though that you're having symptoms already! :) I hope it's a BFP in the making, that would be awesome! But hopefully you get other symptoms everyday, b/c I don't know about you, but I HATE throwing up! :) There's been times with this little one that I've wanted to, but I stick it out and suffer with the nausea! I only got sick a couple times with Kayln, so hopefully it'll be the same with this one! :) Come on BFP!! :)

by rachjas0623, Jun 02, 2009 07:50AM
Joyce- Congrats! He is sooo adorable!

dnikki- ohh my.... I can't wait to hear about your BFP!

luvkayln- You have so much to look forward to at your appt. And, yes.. we want belly pics!

mommyin09- I am so glad your appt. went well. Isn't exciting to be starting the process?!?! I just did my lupron injection. Piece of cake.. I don't know what I was sooo worried about. DH & I also have to start taking our doxycycline today (antibiotic). We only have to take that for seven days. The mock/trial tranfer is it. It's just like an IUI! I had mine last Friday. But, I cramped a little afterwards this time. It was gone by the next morning. The 15th is also a big day for us. We have an appt. to go over mixing our follistim and repronex at 1:00 and that evening we are to start those meds as long as AF shows when she is supposed to !!!!

by jmh2005, Jun 02, 2009 08:06AM
Hey guys! AF started and Im on CD3.I wish you all the best of luck this cycle. We are still on all naturalcycles for a little while. But Ill be posting and keepig everyon updated.

Luvkayln:  Haha!  That's too funny ;)  Yes, my appt went well & we're working out getting the meds ordered now.  I'll call today with my list of meds just to find out how much I'll be paying. Yes, dh will go in Fri for his culture & it takes 48 hours to get the results from the lab.  So, we'll probably get our application submitted on Monday, I'm hoping, 'cause we need to get a thumbs up or down before I start my meds.  Either way, we're still moving forward, but it would be extra nice to get approved ;)  Your party sounds like fun!  I'm sure there was lots of great food & how cute that you drank your water from a wine glass =)  That's great that you'll have an extra cautious new, young doctor!  I'm sure you'll be an extra special patient for her, as well!  That's so exciting that you'll be meeting her next week & getting your actual due date!  Are you working most of the week?

dnikki:  Hmmm... nausea sounds very promising!!! ;-)  I'll hope with you that you continue to feel nauseous & that it turns into a BFP!!!  (Not too nauseous, though!)  Everything sounds so good so far & I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!!!  I'm sorry to hear about your Grandma.  I hope she feels better & is released home soon ;)  How's ds doing?

Keyan:  How are you doing?  I know you're busy getting prepared for tomorrow, but I'm glad you're done with your crazy work schedule for a while & can soon relax at home!  We'll all be thinking of you!!! ;)

rachjas:  Yay!  I'm glad to hear your shot wasn't too bad :)  So, you did your trial transfer last week?!  That's good to hear it's similar to an iui.  I was told that I have to empty my bladder 60 min prior & then drink 16 oz of water 1/2 before & do it with a full bladder...  Is that how the retrieval or transfer is, too?  So, why is dh taking an antibiotic?  I wonder if mine will, too.  I haven't heard that yet.

jmh2005:  Sorry about AF ;(  but I know you're taking it easy & there is still time for a nice surprise, so best wishes & take care!!! =)

Stacey:  How are you doing?  Are you having to work from home or mostly relaxing?  Do you think you'll be off from now on, or will you go back?  Well, as far as my job, unfortunately our governor adopted a bill that would remove all court reporters from the court system within the next five years...  (We're constantly fighting to keep our positions).  Anyway, there's a big assembly meeting today to discuss the bill & hopefully we have enough representation to knock it down.  (fingers Xd big time!)

mrspace:  Any word from your doc?

Hey, did Candie say anything about AF before she left on her cruise!?  She expected her prior to departure; right?  Good luck, Candie!!! =)

by mrspace24, Jun 02, 2009 09:55AM
Hello everyone!

Sorry I've been MIA for the last few days.  It has been DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA here. So, here's my recap:

Saturday morning we went up to Ames to see my wonderful goddaughter, Harper.  She's even more perfect than I'd said before. I have a few new photos that I'll post eventually.

DH and I head down to Des Moines that afternoon for my cousin's graduation.  We had a big family dinner at 5ish.  Good bbq.  My stepdad, mom, and myself, went on a beer run after that.  My stepdad felt a little dizzy and hot, so he sat down.   He burped (lol) and felt fine.  Indigestion. No biggie.  WRONG.

We got back to the hotel, and were putting the beer in the mini fridge when he sat up and said "We need to go to the hospital now".  Sidenote:  he has pericoditis (where the sac around his heart fills with fluid).  So we couldn't even get him down the stairs at the hotel.  He was grabbing his chest, it was bad.  Called paramedics.  Loaded him in the ambulence.  It was AWFUL.  We spent the rest of the weekend at the hospital.

He's home now and doing fine.  They said there was a small block that caused a small MI, plus the pericoditis didn't help.  But he's doing fine now and has an appt with the cardiologist back home tomorrow afternoon.

Well in the middle of all this, my wonderful family (aunts) decide that it's time to be HUGE a-holes.  One imparticular.  Telling my sister, husband, and myself, that we shouldn't be at the hospital because "adults" should be there to handle it.  Okay, my sis is 20, DH is 24, and I'm 22.  Yes we're young, but we're adults and can handle it.  Mind you, my aunt is saying this as she is sipping on her 3rd route 44 sonic cup full of vodka.  It went on like this all weekend.  Her saying that dh shouldn't be there because he's "not technically family".  Oooo I was so angry.

So yesterday dh and I got home and I called in sick. I had a dr appt anyway and I needed sleep.  I cried and cried and cried all night sunday night/monday morning. And finally got some sleep.  DH was amazing.

The dr appt went AWESOME!!!!!   Everything came back negative and benign.  We did a u/s and my lining is still thick, but the polyps have "passed" and the dr isn't worried now.  AF stopped this weekend (saturday or sunday, I don't remember). I've been on BCPs since Friday.  4 a day, now I'm on 3 a day till tomorrow.  Then AF should start again.  But it should only last a few days.  The dr wants us to start clomid asap.  We still haven't made a decision, so I think we'll wait.  But the dr is really hopeful.  I do have a problem with my lh hormone.  It's crazy hyperactive.  I'm producing a TON of it and not enough fsh.  So we're fixing that too.

Everything is going really well where all that is concerned.

DH's parents have basically decided to get 2 puppies.  Which is AWESOME.  I will take new pics tonight because you won't believe how big they are.  It's adorable.  The chunky monkey brown and white pup isn't so fat now.  They are just big.  And so flippin' cute.  The run and growl and play all the time.

Okay, so that's my news right now.

guesito- I've got my fingers crossed for you dear!!!

luvkayln- I can't wait to see your belly pics!!!  I bet you look so cute!

mommyin10- I'm doing well.  Thanks.  How are you?  I'm excited for your transfer!

dnikki- Girl I miss you.  So, my phone is stupid and has decided that every few days it deletes a number out of my contacts.  So yours was the lucky one last week.  Send me a text or call sometime so I can get your number again.  Blah, I hate my phone.

jmh- thanks for the comment about the puppies.  They are adorable, but they are little poop machines.  But we love them!  They are 5 and a half weeks old now.

okay, I'll update again later.  Lots of work to do!

To: All
POAS again this morning and got BFN....I think we struck out!  Can't stop balling....I don't know if I have anything to look forward to on Friday Im trying to remain positive but the reality is that it HPT should be able to detect it at 11dpt...No AF, No spotting, and to add to my symptoms a strong case of heartburn, Still sore bbs, lots of cream colored discharge, always hungry and tired and cramping is all gone.... This was my last chance and I think its gone....

:(::::::::::

by dnikki0928, Jun 02, 2009 10:12AM
Guesito: Honey, it's not over until AF shows - Your beta is still a ways away so don't give up yet!

Mrspace: Sucky weekend! But I'm glad your stepdad is okay. Good news from your doc!!! I'll text you so you can get my number back lol...

Luvkayln: With both of my pregnancies (DS and m/c) I got sick at night for the first couple of weeks, then with D/S it turned into all day sickness. I hate throwing up to, but if it means I'm p/g then I'll throw up every night lol!!  How are you feeling these days?

I forgot to update you gals on DS's potty training (Mommyin10, thanks for asking!)!! He's doing soooo well! He's had dry naps for the past 5 days and he's telling us when he needs to go along with us still reminding him :-) This morning he got up, ate breakfast and said "Potty Potty!!" so I took him and he really went, but his pull-up from the night was almost completely dry - just enough in there to make the stars change colors lol. So we are SOOOO very proud of him!!! He's still poo'ing on the potty also - which is nice lol. I wen to change the trash on Sunday (Mon is our trash day) and I said to DH " Honey, There's NO diapers in his trash!!!" Lol...I think we are in the home stretch with it!!!

by dnikki0928, Jun 02, 2009 11:39AM
Mommyin10: I think I'm 5 DPIUI, could you switch me please? Thanks!

by Jessie12, Jun 02, 2009 12:41PM
Hey everyone. Things have been crazy at our home.

Will, our 4 yr old, came home with a hand grab mark on his upper arm... it was so bad his blood vessels in his arm were busted showing each finger.  I called state and filed a report and then changed them back to the other daycare. I never would have expected that from a Church daycare center.

I went to my appointment today and I am already dialated to a 2! Its a little scary bc I am only 35 wks tomorrow. My doctor says its fine and to make sure I go for a walk everyday.  Doesnt that make you dialate more?  Im not too worried about it except for the fact my mom is going to be out of town the 13-20 for her job and I dont want her to miss it. I go back to the doctor Monday morning to get rechecked!

Oh and apparently the kids "egg-donor" is telling everyone that we took them from her and didnt give a forwarding address and changed our phone numbers so she wouldnt have a way to see them.  She is so full of it. We actually switched to the same phone company as her so she wouldnt have to pay to call and check on them.

by Stacey1718, Jun 02, 2009 02:40PM
GUESITO - Hang in there my friend!  You have to wait for your beta.  There are no rules as to when you should see that +++ and late implantation could certainly keep your numbers low for longer.  Please try to stay positive!  We are all cheering for you!!!!!

Mommyin10 - So glad your appt went well and that you are well on your way!  That is pretty cool that they do the trial transfer....I never had that done. It's funny because when I did the transfer they told me to have a full bladder so I did.  Then they checked me once, and I needed to "release" for 10 seconds.  Then they checked me again, still to full!  Another 10 seconds.  I ended up having to pee 4 times for 10 seconds to get it to the right amount!!!  I have been working at home and relaxing when I feel like it.  I'm focused on one project now and it is a lot of writing and editing so very easy to work from home and keeps me from going looney!!  Crossing my fingers that you get your application approved!  Will you find out next week? I can't believe the bill that is being passed about the court reporters!  Good luck knocking it down!  Craziness.

Luvkayln - Sounds like you had a nice work party!  Just to let you know I have been using wine glasses for my drinks/water too when we are with friends/at events :)  There is just something comforting about holding my old friend the wine glass.  We miss each other :)  Can't wait for your next u/s!!  And belly pics!

Dnikki - Sorry to hear about your Grandmother.  I hope your symptoms are early BFP signs - yay vomit!!!  And congrats on the potty training! :)

Mrspace - Drama indeed!  My goodness.  Great news on all of your results etc.  It sounds like you may be closer than you think to getting your bfp!!!  (only if you are ready of course)

Jessie - 2cm???  WOW!  That is so exciting.  You are soooo close!  Keep us posted.

Well...Jake and I are doing well.  Jake is getting so strong for such a little guy!  His kicks are quite something!  Dh and I went to our first prenatal class last night :)  Most of the stuff I have heard before but it was really good for Dh to learn about the whole labour process and signs etc.  He was a little panicked after the class and was going on about how we really need to get stuff ready and I should pack my bag for the hospital! (in light of what happened the other week)  It's great to see him start to realize how close we are getting.  So we have 5 more classes to go.  Videos of births are next week.....ewwww! :)

Take care all and SSBD....HANG IN THERE GUESITO!!!!!!  DON'T YOU DARE GIVE UP HOPE!

Stacey

by Keyan, Jun 02, 2009 02:57PM
mommyin09: I can't beleive you are already on bpc and on your way to a sticky BFP!!  I will pray you get the news your expected quickly!! Good luck to Dh on Friday. Hopefully bcp aren't too bad for you!! Thanks for the good wishes!! I am soooo happy I am done with work!! Yesterday was a really busy day for me, my pre-op appt was too long!! I left home at 7am and didn't get back until 6pm!!...only to leave again and not get back until 10pm... but all is well.

MrSpace: How is your dad doing? It most have been very scary, I hope he recovers very quickly....about your test results, all sounds like is been taking care of, which is good.

Stacey: How is Jack's room coming out? I am really  happy the bleeding has stoped!! Hopefully on your next u/s you will be able to see how big he is and that all is as it should be.

Guesito: I am sorry about BFN. Don't loose hope and keep praying, it is still early.

Luvkayln: Hey you! ;o) Your new doctor sounds very good. new doctors take all precautions as all doctors should, but sometimes as they get old, they tend to skip steps, I do like new doctors because they ck everything!! and I know you will appreciate that!! about starting TTC right away, well there is still a possibility, low, but is still a possibility, he didn't give me this month's lupron shot, he will wait to see how I am doing inside and then decide to give it to me or not....so thanks for hoping for me!! you are always so sweet...thanks for always been like this!!

Dnikki: Thanks! your symptoms sound sooo promising!! I can't wait to hear your update and BFP news!! Congrats about DS potty training! Hope your grandma is doing much better.

Jessie: WOW 35 already!! Congrats!! yes, walking can make you dialate more, but maybe your doc thinks is time already...and also, I hear a lot of pregnant ladies stay at a certain number dialated for a few weeks. Don't know much about this, but maybe someone else can help on that!! Take care!! Can't wait to see you new family pic with the little one!!

Candie: Hope you are having soooooo much fun!!!

Well ladies, this is it...I am set and ready for tomorrow. I am excited, having the experience from February, I have made all arrangements necessary, including asking my doc to take me in first so that I don't get out as late as the other time, and he accpeted..so I have to be at the hospital by 5am tomorrow morning. My doc asked me If I decided to do the open surgery instead of trying thru the LAP, OF COURSE I said to him that I rather have him try and end up with 3 or more incisions than not try and always wonder what if...BUT that I "knew" he will be able to do all the necessary work thru the LAP!! and that I was going to be able to go home the same day, like last time!!  I just hope my expectations do come true!! ...hopefully I come back here to see a much bigger BFP list!!! Take care ladies!!

by dnikki0928, Jun 03, 2009 06:54AM
Morning!!!

Mommyin10: I'm 6DPIUI, if you could move me up a day - thanks!!

Keyan: Good luck today!!! I hope all goes smoothly and let us know as soon as you get a chance :-)

I'm pretty good here - no nausea last night...I'm still cramping on and off but when it hits it seems worse than AF cramps/pain. I don't know... I still have another week but I had a dream last night that I got a BFP at 5DPIUI but thought it was from the trigger shot but then in my dream I remembered I didn't have a trigger lol - it was wierd!!!
I'll check in later with you gals :-) I've got some research to do. I think I might be going back to school lol

Hugs, Love and SSBD to all :-)

jmh2005- Keeping you in my thoughts.

mommyin09- Yes, my trial was last Friday. They didn't have me 'fill up' ahead of time. So, now I am really nervous for the real thing....I know that they do it for the ET, but I don't think so for the ER. The antibiotic is just used to get any bacteria out of your system that my interfer. I have read that some couples take it together, others at different times in the cycle, and some not at all.

guesito- Don't give up just yet!

Keyan:  I'm sure we're all thinking of you today!!! I bet your lap is done by now & I hope and pray that all went well & you'll be home resting tonight!!!  Update asap & take care!!! =)

Dnikki:  Sorry ;)  I think because I didn't update Sunday, I may have gotten thrown off a bit.
If anyone's stats are off by a day, please let me know! =)

dnikki:  Hey, that's great you may go back to school!  Good for you =)  What are you looking into?  Your dream was funny!  It just shows how much this whole TTC journey is on our minds ;)  Hopefully it's a good sign & you do get that early BFP =)

Guesito:  I'm so sorry about the bfn! ;(  I know how you're feeling, but I agree with the ladies.  Don't give up hope!!!  Stacey's right, you are still so early & your beta is scheduled for a reason.  Remember, you're not any less pregnant if you get your +hpt a few days later ;-)  Hang in there!!!

Stacey:  Gosh, your story about emptying your bladder kind of freaks me out! haha ;)  I appreciate you telling me, though.  Now I'll expect it & won't be surprised if it happens to me =)  That's great that you're able to work on your project from home.  Jake has such a calm environment in which to grow ;)  Yes, I'll find out about the application next week.  As soon as they have dh's culture results, we'll send the application in.  It's too bad that we weren't told it had to be done earlier!  That annoyed me a bit 'cause they kept saying he's done his S/A, so we're fine...  Then he had to wait to do it 'cause we hadn't bd'd for the week that I was sick...  Ugh!  Oh, well!  Hopefully everything will be taken care of & we'll get the application out in time ;)

rachjas:  Do you know what meds you'll start on the 15th?  Are you only on Lupron now or Lupron & bcps?  What is this I hear about a Lupron period?  Okay, sorry for all the questions! ;-)

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for all your sweet notes!!! You guys keep me going....

AF was due yesterday and didn't show up =)  I feel nauseous with food adversions at times....

I have the worst case of heartburn called my RE and they said it was a great sign....OMG Im going to need psychiatric help after this lol...

by rachjas0623, Jun 03, 2009 09:50AM
mommyin09- I start BCPS on CD 2. Not CD1 just because RE had to decide on Protocol. My BCPs stop 6/8. But the time all is done, I will have taken BCPs 21 days. Some people only taken them 2 weeks or not at all. I started lupron on CD 16, or 7 days before expected AF. Again, some people don't do lupron at all. FOr some they don't overlap at. For me I am on BCPs and Lupron together for 7 days. After I stop BCPs we expect AF to show within 3 days (hopefully). I will continue Lupron up until trigger (keep me from ovulating until I do the HCG). Some people stop Lupron sooner or the dosage may change. I am not sure about the 'lupron peiod.' I am not expecting a bad one though. I have been spotting almost the entire time on BCPs (low dose?) There can't be much of a lining left.

When is your beta?  I'm so excited for you.  And those are really great signs.  My fingers are crossed!!

everyone-

Today is my last day of bcps!  Woo hoo.  I have to take three of them today and then AF should start up again in a few days.  Luckily it should only last a few days this time!  Ha ha.  It'll be nice to have a regular cycle though.

I have new puppy pics up.  I have more to put up, but medhelp was being weird last night.  Oh well.   The puppies are HUGE.  But super cute.

by mommyin10, Jun 03, 2009 12:08PM
Guesito: That's exciting to hear! :) I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Rachjas: Yeah, I started bcp's on CD3 & I'll start Lupron on June 15th, 2 weeks later. It looks like I'll take the bcp's & Lupron together as well. The meds that are being ordered for me are Lupron, Menopur, HCG, Vival, Follitism & progesterone, but I don't know yet when I'll take them. I haven't had any spotting with the bcp's, but the doc did mention my lining being thin at my u/s.

Mrspace: Yay for you stopping the bcp's =) I'll have to check out your pics!

by dnikki0928, Jun 03, 2009 12:59PM
Guesito: Those are great signs!!! I'm so happy that AF didn't show for you.... :-) Good luck!!!!

I have an appt at 230 with an admissions lady for LPN school. I've always wanted to be a nurse and that was my major before I up and changed it to Massage Therapy. Looks like I should have stuck with it lol! But it should only take me 8 months or so to do it. Then when we move, I'll be able to go back for my RN  for free since my stepmom works at one of the colleges up there :-) Good thing, b/c these student loans are getting ridiculous!! I'll update more later :-)

My Beta is on Friday.. Thanks for you well wishes!!! =)

by luvkayln, Jun 03, 2009 06:19PM
Guesito- That's awesome that AF hasn't shown!!! And you've been having so many symptoms! I bet you get a nice, sky high number on Friday!! Maybe just wait it out until Friday and don't test anymore. Like Stacey said, there are no rules as to when you should see that +, and every pregnancy is so different so I would just wait it out! I know that's easier said than done! :) I just have a good feeling, especially now since AF is late and you're still having symptoms! Hooray! :)

Keyan- I hope everything went well today! I've been thinking about you all day, wondering and wondering what the outcome was! I know you'll update us when you're able to, when you're feeling better after this LAP! I'm just still very hopeful for a positive outcome that you can start right away! :)

dnikki- That's awesome you're thinking of going to school! I've often thought about it, and Sean really wants me to b/c he thinks I'm so book smart! lol ;) 8 months is nothing! That'll come and go before you know it! Hey, by the time you would get done with your training, maybe you'd be close to delivering your baby! :) Come on BFP! Not too much longer till we know... tic, toc, tic, toc....! ;)

Mrspace- Congrats on this being the last day of your BCP's! :) And how nice it will be to have regular AF's again! I hope you and dh decide to start trying again soon... I know you will when you feel the time is right! :) I'll have to check out your new puppy pics! I bet they're getting so big now! :) Have you been able to find any a home yet?

Stacey- Haha!! Good, I'm glad I'm not the only one! :) I know, I need to get some belly pics taken seriously! I'll make it a point to get some taken this weekend! I've just been eating SO much with this one, so I'm growing bigger and bigger by the second I swear! :) My mom thinks it's a boy b/c I'm eating so much! Haha! :) I kind of have a small feeling that it's going to be a boy too! I just can't wait to find out! :)

Candie- Thinking of you! :)

Mommyin10- Thanks, I feel better knowing that I'll really be taken care of this time around! :) My RE didn't give me a due date, but I'm measuring exactly at what my pregnacncy tracker says, b/c at every u/s he always said, "Ok, we're looking for measurements at.... and it would be my exact date as my tracker said, so I thought that was pretty cool! :) I just think near the end, she'll want to get the baby here as soon as possible to avoid any kind of accident, ya know? So we probably won't know that until I get closer to delivery... :( But at least it will be a suprise either way! :) My new doctor's office called today to confirm my address and ssn, etc so i'm really starting to get excited and anxious for Tues to get here! I'm ready to see how much the baby has grown! :)

dnikki:  Half way there!!! =)  I'm getting excited for you!  I hope you & guesito are both blessed with wonderful news!!!

Guesito:  Hang in there!  What time is your beta tomorrow & when will you expect your results?!  I'm keeping everything crossed & sending extra sticky baby dust your way =)  Best wishes!!!

Luvkayln:  Oh, I can't wait to see your belly pics! =)  I have a feeling it's a boy, too, so that's funny that your mom & you think that.  I guess we'll know in another month & I know you'll be perfectly happy with a beautiful little boy or girl ;)  How exciting!!!  That's great that your new doc's office called & everything is falling into place.  Your appt is Monday; right?  Well, we're getting our meds squared away...  I got a call from IVP (the mail order company) this morning & because I have Express Scripts (prescription insurance), they're sending my prescription to another company.  Can't remember the name.  I did call that company, though, this week to get an idea of what I'd be paying for my meds & they told me they're all covered, except for a $25 copay for each...  Sounds too good to be true!  Haha!  I guess I'll know for sure when I talk to them today.

Hannah:  I hope all is well with you!  You're usually posting much more...  Hang in there & check in soon ;)

Naf:  How are you doing?

mrspace:  Your puppy pics are sooo cute!!!  If you lived closer, I'd be coming by to "take a look", which of course means I'd be bringing home a new friend for Carmelo =)  Haha!

by mrspace24, Jun 04, 2009 10:00AM
luvkayln-  Yeah, I'm happy to be off of the bcps.  Going through a whole pack in 5 days has been h e l l on my hormones.  But that's okay.  AF should be starting up again soon.  My dr went ahead and gave me a script for clomid.  Now dh and I just trying to decide when to go back on it.  I mean, this doctor has erased SO many of my worries.  So I feel good about trying again, but there's still a part of me that's scared.  He's really proactive about everything though.  He said that if I don't ovulate on my first cycle with clomid OR if I O past cd 16, we're upping my dose.  Which  makes me happy that he's willing to do what it takes.  Then he said that if we haven't gotten p/g by cycle 6, we'll talk about IUI.  So it's a good plan.  DH is ready to ttc right now.  I'm still trying to make up my mind.  I have a few more days to decide.

My in laws are going to take 2 pups so that's good.  But we still have 3 to place.  We have a few interested people, but nothing concrete yet.

Another BFN this morning!!!!

Beta tomorrow at 8:15 am im so frustrated today.... Just expecting bad news tomorrow! On another note for some strange reason I have an allergic reaction since Tuesday. Hives, Itchy kind of, called my Re and they want me on Benadryl too, So now im on Benadryl and Pepcid AC for the terribly heartburn since Tuesday too.

DON'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT!!!!

******Jesus I need a miracle I trust you and know everything will be ok*******

by mommyin10, Jun 04, 2009 01:41PM
Guesito: I'm so sorry about the bfn! ;( I know how upsetting that is. Try to stay positive & don't test again. Your beta is what matters & there's still a good chance it could be positive! The hives/itchy skin could be from stress. That's happened to me. Try to keep yourself focused on some "busy work" so you won't worry yourself too much. Again, I know it's easier said than done! ;) We're all pulling for ya!!!

Mrspace: I think it's great that you found a caring doc who treats you right!  You've spent so much time getting the runaround & blown off. You deserve someone who will take you seriously & I'm just so happy for you :)

So, Guess what?! We found out this morning that we were approved for the Attain Program! Woo-hoo =) My doc's office went ahead & submitted our application without me realizing it.  What it means is that we'll pay a flat rate for a guaranteed 3 fresh/3frozen transfers. I'm so happy! Just wanted to share my news :)

Thanks!!!

Yey!! Great news, You save a lot of money.... I was so silly and didnt it.

Now Dh is acting up.. Ever since he got laid off  he has gone back to his old ways, hes being a total *ss bitching about everything and in  a horrible mood pushing the kids to the limit and way too harsh!! I don't need this s*it right now!

by dnikki0928, Jun 04, 2009 02:25PM
Hi ladies!!!

Guesito: It's still not over...I'm keeping everything crossed for you lol :-) Sorry about the allergic reaction - do you know what it's from?

Mommyin10: Congrats!!! How much will you pay if you don't mind?

Luvkayln: Now that I"m actually going to go back -I'm nervous lol. I don't know why lol it's riduculous. I start classes on July 6th.

Well - I got nauseated a bit last night, but didn't get sick. So hoping it's a good sign...? I hope lol!  I've also hadcramping and little twinges of pain - not sure what that's about.I got enrolled today at college yet again - I have to go next week for financial stuff and an assment test.  DS is still going through potty training. He's started having some accidents, but he does it mainly when DH or myself are occupied cooking or on the phone, but hes' still doing realy well. That's it for me right now...I'll check in later!!

Hugs, Love and SSBD to all :-)

by mrspace24, Jun 04, 2009 02:39PM
mommyin10- First off all, congrats on being accepted.  That's wonderful news.  Second, thank you so much for your unending support.  The more I sit and mull things over the more I feel like I want to give it another shot.  I mean, I'm young, and the doctor has every faith in me.  That eases my mind so much.  Technically he's not an RE, but he might as well be.  He doesn't do IVF but he does everything else.  He said that if it ever gets to that point, he has an RE he'd referr me to.  He's so great.  I will talk to dh again tonight, but I'm really leaning towards ttc again now.  The script for clomid is in my wallet and I feel like it's burning a hole there ha ha.  Like it's calling out to me saying: "Take me!".  Ha ha.  Silly I know.

AF stopped last weekend, and I finished the bcps yesterday.  No sign of AF yet but dr said it could take up to 14 days AFTER my last bcp for it to start up again.  We'll just have to see.

And btw, mommyin10, you SHOULD take a puppy.  They would make great friends for Carmelo!  Ha ha.  Can you believe that 3 of the puppies have been "stolen" in the last 2 days?  DH put them outside in the pen and LEFT them there yesterday while I was at work. I got home and only 2 pups were there.  An hour later (after talking to the cops who laughed and told me that it wasn't important because they were "just puppies") a group of 10 year old boys came waltzing up the alley with my puppies.  They took them home to show their parents.  I was LIVID.  So the puppies stay inside now.  Grr.

by mommyin10, Jun 04, 2009 04:00PM
Mrspace: OMG! I can't believe those kids took the puppies home!!! That's crazy! At least they were just being kids & did bring them back.... Yes, definitely keep them inside ;) I think that's great that you're thinking about trying again :) I can imagine it's a huge relief to know you're going to be ok & to have a good doc in your corner :)

Dnikki: Congrats on getting enrolled in school!!! That's exciting =) I think the nausea is a great sign & hopefully you'll be celebrating soon!!! As far as IVF, we would have paid around $10,000 for one try, but instead will pay $19,000 through this Attain program. Anything like ICSI, freezing the embryos, u/s, etc isn't covered, but after 6 attempts, if we haven't gotten pregnant, we'll get 70% of our money back. So, it's totally worth it :) Plus, because we have prescription insurance, I just found out that I'll only be paying $100 for my meds! (they total $2500!)  I'm still shocked about that :)

Sorry dh is stressing you out ;( I bet he's stressed too & that's why he's acting like a pain in the a$$! Hang tight! It's almost Friday :-)

keyan- I hope you are recovering well. I am glad he didn't have to open you up. That would have required a lot more recovery time. Rest up~!

dnikki & guesito- Keeping you both in my thoughts!!!

mrspace- I bet you are glad to be off the bcps. I couldn't imagine taking that many, that quick. Your plan sound good. By the way, I looked at the new pics of the puppies... too cute!!!! I can't believe those children would just take those puppies like that. That takes some guts!

mommyin10- Yeah for being approved! That deal is well worth it! Isn't it nice finding out meds can be covered?!?!

Guesito: Good luck tomorrow hun!! I'm still not giving up on you yet!!!

rachjas: Thanks dear :-) How have you been?

Mrspace: WTH???? I can't believe the nerve some kids have these days! I would have been furious!! At least they are home and safe now... Hopefully AF will show for you soon.

Mommyin10: I'm glad you got accepted - that sounds like an awesome deal!! I wish you all the luck possible :-)

I'm still not sure whats going on with the cramps and twinges in my low abdomen...Guess we will find out in one more week :-) I'll check in with you ladies tomorrow - going to bed soon :-) Good Night!!

by leighanne143, Jun 04, 2009 08:20PM
hey ladies- i have not been near the computer lately.  i have missed you all.

seems like many of you are moving in a good direction to getting a BFP.

jaedyn is great.  he turned 16 weeks this past tuesday.  he is chatting up a storm and has started to belly laugh.  he also slept through the night, from 8:30pm to 7am 2 days in a row.  we are working on rolling over.

by luvkayln, Jun 05, 2009 05:40AM
Mommyin10- I know I've repeatedly told you, but here's another HUGE congrats on getting approved for the attain program! AND for getting such a great discount on your meds! :) This is all just working out SOOO perfectly for you, and I just know your BFP is just right around the corner! I can't wait! I know we will be pregnant again together VERY soon! ;) I'm just so excited!!!! Oh, and my appt is on Tuesday! :)

Guesito- Thinking of you today, wishing you all the best for your beta! I hope you get sky high numbers! Good luck! :)

Mrspace-OMG, congrats on making the decision to move forward on ttc again! How exciting!! :) I was hoping you would start trying soon! I know now you feel so much more comfortable now that you have a doctor who is actually taking care of you! I know that feeling, my RE was SO great! I miss him already, although technically he's still my doctor until June 9th! :) When my baby is born, I'm going to send him a thank you card, and also one to my doctor! But my RE's been such a huge part of my ttc for the past year, so I feel like he deserves that much, ya know? Anyway, congrats again and let us know when you go get your Clomid! Yay!!! :)

Dnikki- Glad to see you're still having symptoms, yay!! :) Not too much longer! Your beta is next Thursday, right? I think it's gonna be a BFP! You've been having so many great symptoms, and you said you were just like this with ds, right? It's almost like my situation where I just KNEW I needed to have the hsg test done, and then it would happen, and look, it did! :) So you had the same feeling that you needed to do the iui w/o meds, just like you did with ds, so I hope that your situations works out too! We're all pulling for ya! :)

Leighanne- Wow, I can't believe how much Jaedyn is learning already! I can't wait until I'm where you are, getting to be with your baby whenever you want! I'm SO ready to hold this baby already, and I'm not even close to delivery day! lol :) Oh well, I know I'll get there!! And we know that just b/c you can't check in all the time doesn't mean you're not thinking of us! I do the same thing, if I don't check in for a couple days I really start to miss everyone! :)

Candie- Can't wait to hear from ya in a couple days! You'll have lots of  catching up to do! :) And also lots of pics/experiences to share! We're still hoping you come back with news of a BFP!! ;)

Well, it's 5:30 am here now, and I have to be at work an hour earlier and stay an hour later today... bummer! ;) I'll check in later ladies! Have a great day!!

by Joyce49788, Jun 05, 2009 09:10AM
hello everyone... so sorry i have been away with no updates lately... well Daniel is doing good.. i have decided to try breastfeeding again even though i gave up on it in the hospital... i think mostly it was just way too overwhelming at the time... so now i am pumping a few times a day and after i take my son downstate tomorrow (Hunter has to go to NC again this summer...ugh) i will be pumping more often. my breastfeeding peer counselor says the main objective right now is to get my milk supply up and then we will work on getting him to latch on and such... but i am just thinking that it shouldnt matter so much as to HOW he is getting breastmilk... just as long as he is getting it.

Daniel is 8 days old already, boy the last week has gone by so fast... it is amazing, he is such a bright eyed baby and is already trying to smile... it is so precious.

i hope everyone is doing well and i will check in and update as soon as i can, but it is so busy around here anymore... lol
but so worth it... i am sending out TONS of super sticky baby dust to you all... and hope to see the BFP list growing longer...

hugs and luv and SSBD

by mrspace24, Jun 05, 2009 09:23AM
Good morning everyone and HAPPY FRIDAY!

There is a small rumor (between myself and ...myself) that my boss might be leaving at 11 for the day.  God I hope he does.  I know he has a ton of hay to bale this weekend.  So, hopefully he leaves early. I have a ton on invites to work on for a work seminar this summer and I like to jam out to my music while I do tedius work.  I can't believe how overboard he's going on this seminar.  He gave me the invite list about a month ago, and we had to order the invites (which took 3 weeks to get here).  I thought I could get all the invites done in a week.  WRONG!  I have 2 weeks to finish them and I'm not even half way done.  He's inviting 2000 people!  2000!!!  And they are all hand written invites.  Boo.  Oh well.  I'll get them done.  Right now I'm resting my hands a little bit.

DH and I talked more about TTC last night.  He's so all for it. He's excited.  More excited that he was last time.  I can tell that we both feel comfortable with the new dr. I think it's a HUGE help.  I still haven't made up my mind but I'm really leaning towards it now.

AF should be starting soon, so I have to make up my mind soon.  I'm starting to have some aching/cramping. I can't tell if it feels like O pain or af pain.  I almost say O pain because I have MEGA ewcm.  Like worse than ever before.  I know this it TMI but... I have to change my underwear several times a day; there's just so much of it.  I tried to go buy some liners to help, but of course this town only sells two sizes:  super short and thin, or diapers.  I don't like to wear diapers.  Lol.

I have a bunch of stuff to work on this weekend.  I have several loads of laundry, lots of dishes, cleaning our bedroom, vacuuming our bedroom, cleaning the bathroom, and cleaning the floors.  I hope I can get most of it done this weekend.  DH will be gone almost all weekend so, we'll see how much I get done. I don't get very motivated lol.  I hate housework.

luvkayln- I can't believe that you're 11 weeks already.  I am so happy for you.  Are you starting to show much yet?  Thanks for all the support.  It really is such a relief to have a doctor who cares and believes in you.  I am excited about ttc again.  It's just deciding when to start that's hard.  I'm going back and forth between just jumping and going for it now, and waiting til fall (september-ish).   When I talk about ttc now, dh acts like a 5 year old in a candy store.  Jumping up and down (literally) and all excited.

mommyin10- I'm so excited that you got into that program.  I'm so thrilled for you.  Thank you so much for your support.  And yeah, I had a hard time not screaming at those boys for taking my puppies.  I was so angry.

dnikki- Like I told mommyin10, I was so PO'd at those boys.  The b*tch in me started to come out.  I was over the top furious.  I mean, I could see a 5 or 6 year old making a mistake like that but 2 of the boys were 10 and one was almost 12!!!  They should DEFINATELY know better than to take something out of someone's yard.  Yesterday dh caught them in our backyard playing catch with Kya.  He wasn't happy about that either.  He doesn't like having people on our property (especially kids).  He's afraid that Kya would get excited and jump on them (just playing), and someone would get hurt.  I don't blame him.  Kya wouldn't hurt a fly, but she's a big strong dog who likes to play.  I can't wait to get that fence put up so that we don't have to worry about it.  How are you?

leighanne- I can't believe that your baby is that old already!  Holy cow!

guesito- I'm on pins and needles waiting for your results!! I can't wait!

by Stacey1718, Jun 05, 2009 10:35AM
GUESITO - Sending BFP vibes your way!!!!!  All the best with your beta today!

Mommyin10 - YAY!  Congrats on getting into the program.  That is awesome.  I have no doubt you will get your bfp quickly - hopefully this first try :)  So excited for you.  Work is going well...I decided to come into the office today for the first time in 2 weeks.  I'm really noticing how much slower I am.  Little Jake is getting big!  I must have given you the wrong date for my u/s - it is actually on Tues! :)

Luvkayln - Congrats on 11 weeks! :)  That's great!  Just a few weeks and you will be able to find out the sex!  I'm going to predict BOY too :)

Dnikki - All of your symptoms sound very promising.  Keep it up! :)

Candie - Can't wait to hear how your vacation was!

Keyan - Hope you are resting and recovering well.  I look forward to hearing how you are doing.

Not too much new with me today. I can't believe Jake and I have made it to 27 weeks!  I keep thinking that only 10 weeks until Jake is considered full term at 37 weeks. Yay!  Hang in there little guy.  I came into the office today but will probably leave early.  It's a quiet day today anyway - and a beautiful one at that.  It's nice to come in and socialize but I am starting to really appreciate being able to stay at home and be comfortable without having to get ready and drive into work.

Anyway, I hope everyone has some good weekend plans and of course SSBD!!!!!

Stacey: Thanks for the congrats! We're excited =) I'll change your appt date tomorrow :) I'm sure you could notice a difference going to the office at 27 weeks! Jake's used to mommy resting at home :-) Happy 27! That's awesome & to think he'll be full term in just 10 weeks is just amazing!!! Rest up & have a nice weekend :)

Guesito: Oh, I sure hope you're out celebrating your BFP!!! Hope to hear good news from you soon :-)

Mrspace: Sounds like my kind of weekend :) I love housework (or the idea of stating organized!) I believe Luvkayln will agree with that ;-) Have a great weekend & 'm sure you'll make the right decision for you ;) We'll all support you!

guesito- I am so sorry!  My thoughts are with your family.

mommyin10- My meds came ups. The pharmacy put the meds that needed to be cold in a container with dry ice. Mine were on the porch for 3-4 hrs. Still really cold when I got home.

by luvkayln, Jun 05, 2009 04:29PM
Guesito- I left you a note, but again, my heart is breaking with yours, as all of ours are for you! I know you've been through so much, and have been looking forward to this for a long time, so that makes it that much harder! :( I'm just so sorry!! I know you are meant to have another baby, and you do have more options. I can only try to understand how much mentally IVF has on you, b/c it just seems like it just HAS to work, and when it doesn't , we just question everything! I hope you take time to think about trying again. I mean, I know you've been through so much, and I just hope this wasn't a last resort! Like I told you in your note, it's the determined ones that deserve to be a mommy the most, and you deserve it b/c you are very determined and dedicated to ttc, so I just know it WILL happen! Hang in there sweetie, and like all the girls have said, we're all here for you! (HUGS)

Guesito:  Thinking of you...

by rachjas0623, Jun 06, 2009 10:53AM

Happy Sunday gals :-) I hope everyone is having a good weekend. My SIL cam up from SC yesterday so it's really nice to see her - DS is just loving her lol!! We are going to my MIL's today for a bit. DS is still doing well with potty training but once he's engrossed in something he doesn't let you know when he's gotta go. But at least he still goes when prompted! I was nauseated a bit last night - had one of my sour suckers (for some reason they make it go away for a bit) but it came back right before bed last night. So this morning my dogs wake me up..I decide I'm going to POAS even though I'm only 10DPIUI. I layed in bed with it on my nightstand staring at it literally keeping my fingers crossed and praying for  alittle nudger in there...HOLY ****! My digi says "pregnant"!!!!! SO now I'm hoping it really is right and that I didn't pee on it for too long or something silly like that lol!! DH doesn't even know b/c he's at drill! SO between now and later I will have to think of a cute way to tell him. I think I might also try to get in for a beta tomorrow morning. Do you all think this is it?? Mommyin10 - if you make a new thread could you copy and paste this in there?? Thanks ladies!!!!

Hugs, Love and SSBD to all  :-)

by dnikki0928, Jun 07, 2009 08:21AM
kmcarino: Thanks :-) I'm being really cautious though... I go in first thing in the morning for a beta to see where my numbers are at. I think they are at least 50 since it came up on a clear blue easy digital...?

by luvkayln, Jun 07, 2009 08:47AM
Dnikki- OMG, Congrats!!!! I'm so happy for you! Woo hoo!!! You must be over the moon right now! Yes, your numbers are going to be a great number, especially since they showed up on a digital!!! Wow, I'm just so happy for you! :) We're going to be super close in our pregnancy, that's awesome!! Congrats again!!!!!!

by dnikki0928, Jun 07, 2009 08:51AM
Luvkayln: Thanks!! I can't believe I got a +ive! I'm only 10DPIUI! I am still cautious though...I go in for my beta in the morning - so as long as those numbers come in good, then I'll start to relax a little.

by luvkayln, Jun 07, 2009 08:56AM
dnikki- Oh, they will, don't worry!!! That's awesome you got your +ve so early! I had taken my test at 9dpiui and it was +, but I was still cautious b/c of my hcg trigger shot. But since you didn't take a shot, this is FOR REAL girl!!!! :) I'm so excited for you! I'm excited we get to add another to the BFP list, woo hoo!!! :) I'll be checking in all day for your beta numbers tomorrow! And trust me, you think you'll relax after your beta numbers tomorrow, but you won't b/c then you'll be waiting for them to double! And then you'll be waiting for your u/s, etc... It just never ends! lol :) I can't wait for the other girls to check in and see your news! :) When will you tell dh???

by leighanne143, Jun 07, 2009 09:12AM
OMG congrats dnikki.  the clear blue digitals pick up with a low amount of HCG.  i used one at 9dpo and got a pregnant too.  dont worry i bet all is well.  enjoy your day and relax.

by dnikki0928, Jun 07, 2009 09:16AM
Luvkayln: I'll be able to tell DH tonight when he gets home - I think I'll wait for DS to go to bed first that way it's him and I. I already feel guitly that you guys know before him lol - But I really need reassurance lol! I know I  won't relax after my numbers lol!! But the thought is there....I won't be able to post until tomorrow evening b/c I'm going to see my Grandma since she's still in the hospital and then going to visit my sis since today is her birthday, and all of this is 2 1/2 hrs away. But we won't be telling anyone until around 6 wks or so just to be safe. I think we will tell my SIL though since I know she would LOVE to be the first to know  (+ she's a doc lol), and she's up from SC so it's perfect!

by dnikki0928, Jun 07, 2009 09:18AM
Leighanne: We were posting at the same time! THANK YOU!! I keep reading different things about the SBE digi's - that they read at 25 then again they read at 50. So hopefully my levels are good tomorrow since I've been having "symptoms" since 5DPIUI.

rachjas:  That's great that you're not feeling side effects from the lupron!  I react to estrogen & I think it's kicking in from my bcps because I couldn't sleep last night & feel really nauseous today...  Hopefully it passes.

Has anyone seen Knocked Up?  We just saw it last night & it was funny =)

by dnikki0928, Jun 07, 2009 10:33AM
Mommyin10 & Stacey: THANKS!!!!I am excited, but like I said, still cautious.  I cannot wait for DH to get home tonight!!! He's going to be sooo happy! I'm going to get a little gift bag and a Father's Day card and think of a poem to put in it along with my p/g test....I think - as long as I can do it before I burst open my mouth whhen he comes through the door! Stacey - how are you feeling hone? You don't have too much longer to go! Are you still doing the bedrest?

by leighanne143, Jun 07, 2009 11:11AM
dnikki- i know its 25 cause when i used the clear blue digi, i went for a beta the next day and it was 32.  so they test accurately fairly early but is good that you got a bfp at 10p iui cause that means the baby implanyed nice and strong right away.

by dnikki0928, Jun 07, 2009 12:51PM
Okay, so I decided to take another test this afternoon - just to sort of ease my mind until tomorrow. So at 630 this morning I got a BFP with FMU and then around 1 I took another before my shower - another BFP!!! I love seeing the pregnant words lol!!! So now that it has sort of hit me, I am sooo excited and I want to scream with joy (DS is sleeping htough lol)!!! DH cannot get home fast enough tonight!! Nervous for my beta tomorrow though - you all know how I feel... I'll check in soon!!

Congrats!!!!!!!! Good luck on your beta!! We do so much worrying the whole time TTC, then it still continues after our BFP's. I'm sure everything will be fine though. I'll keep you in my thoughts. Congrats again!!

by rachjas0623, Jun 07, 2009 03:20PM
dnikki- Yes!!! That's awesome! Have you decided how you are going to tell DH?! I am sure your numbers will be great! Rest up!

mommyin10- Hopefully your body will hurry up and get use to those BCPs. But, probably by the time you do.. it will be time to stop them anyway!!! Tomorrow evening is my last BCP!!! Then I will be expecting AF. I am guessing Friday?!?!

Congratulations!!! You must be over the moon! Have a happy, healthy 9 months! Yey!

I just wanted to thank everyone for your beautiful notes and comforting words they mean a lot to me.

AFM-  Hubby and I are still in shock and can't believe it. We have never trusted our RE  for several reasons and the only reason I stayed with them was because I had frozen embryos left at their clinic. They never return calls, Theres never a Dr. to talk to.. You only speak with nurses and only see a Dr. for the retrieval and transfer... Im so pissed at them right now...I was under the impression that I was under blood thinners and for testing positive to coagulants and when my nurse called me to tell me about the BFN she said " You may stop all meds including the prescribed multivitamins" In total shock I responded I thought Folplex was for my Blood thinning and she responded " No, Dr. decided not to put you on any blood thinners just vitamins"  And usually we charge for a follow up consult but we will wave it this time"  Not only have I trusted this people TTC, but have left over $22,000 cash! and they have the nerve to treat me this way!!!!

Anyways I thought It would be the end of IVF'S for me because DH had said that he wasnt willing to go through all the emotional IVF roller coaster again but..... This morning he suggested he go with another RE and give it one more shot  =) Another option for me is a tubal reversal my stupid RE also suggested they where too damaged beyond repair but knowing how they are who knows if they wanted to make more money through IVF instead. I was so naive.. If you go to my RE's website that should give you a clear signal not to go with them.... It's very outdated, no successful rates listed,  among other signals.... My only  infertility issue is a tubal Iigation in 1998 (Young & Stupid!!)

Soooooo anybody know of a good clinic with high success rates either in Florida or  willing to travel if need be.

Thanks!!!
