What do you mean... Do you think he can find out that I took it?

by kfox16, Jun 09, 2007 12:00AM
I have not started taking it, I am doing some research on it... I am off my birth control pills now. I just want to find out if he will know or anyone else before I start taking it.

thanks alot!

you mean take it on the sly, and not tell him. Decieve him? is that what you mean. If it is I think you need to get off these boards and go do some heavy duty talking with  your husband, because thats wrong!!!!!

u don't just "take" clomid... u have to have a fertility issue in order to even be prescribed clomid. be happy wheather God give u one, two , or three children. What's meant to be is meant to be... and as for not telling ur husband...that's not right.

On the offhand chance that this is a real post from someone stupid enough to even think of doing something like this, I'll just make this comment.

Twins and other multiples come with the price tag of an increased chance of pregnancy loss and prematurity complications that can lead to devestating problems in the infants.  To deliberately "try" for twins because you think it would be fun is irresponsible and moronic.

Clomid only increases your chances of twins by about 8%..and not telling your husband is just plain wrong.  You need him on board throughout this process and lying to him in the hopes of having twins is not a good idea.  What if you DO have twins and he finds out and ends up resenting them????

I just want to reiterate what Peekaboo said. I got pregnant with identical twins naturally and the risk of loosing them increases as well as other birth concerns. I am one of the stats who lost her twins at 5 months. Of course I would do any thing to have them back...but it was one of the worse times of my life having to deliver and bury my boys due to a twin condition I developed called TTTS.....

I have to strongly agree with the others. Maybe you should focus on building a strong marriage before bringing any babies into this world.

OMG!  You already have a child... it sounds like you can conceive without any problems.  Do you have any idea how painful trying to have ONE child is to some of us out here and you have the nerve to pop in and ask how you can have twins because you 'just want twins' and then you want to know how you can do so without your husband finding out??!!!  You sound like you have some major issues going on and in my opinion, need some help!  You are so sad.... sad sad sad!!!!!  }: (

Just don't understand why you would not want him to know, if you were to have multiples , they would be his children too. I would think that is deceptive and unfair.

she has the same problem mentally i think that the octuplet mom Nadya Suleman has, she has 6 perfectly healthy children and being selfish enough to carry 8 more to term.  you are just sad and pathetic that you would deceive your husband for your selfishness.

This is rediculous.  There are real women on here with true fertility issues.  This woman clearly has no concept of anything...ugh I'm speechless....
