Clear Blue Fertility Monitors....Ovulex.....worth it??

Can anyone advise if the Clear Blue monitor is worth buying or would you say that the predictor pee sticks are sufficient? Also had a question about Ovulex, just wondering what it was really and if someone could tell me if it's safe and effective? Thanks so much for ANY info!! BabyDust!!!!****

I have friend who used an ovulation monitor and that month she got pregnant , the monitor showed she did not ovulate.
