Constipated :-(

Help! It's been days,...i've never been like this before, usually i am super regular.
I've been off clomid for 2 months (only took it for 2 months).
I ovulate regularly but thought i'd increase my chances. Well, since during ovulation i felt like my ovaries were gonna come out of my skin (pain and cramping) i decided to stop and follow a regular diet and take herbs that a doctor perscribed me. (indian stuff!)
So now i am super constipated, i even have lower tummy pain :-(
Could it be the herbs?
I hope nothing is wrong with me,...that would be all i need to end this horrible year!
