Could I be pregnant?

Alittle history about me.. I started birth control at 15..with the Depo Shot.. 9 months into it , I started losing hair and gaining weight ..so I switched to pills. Due to forgetting to take the pills daily.. and getting periods lasting 2 weeks.. I stopped after 2 months and switched again. I then started taking the patch.. I was on it several months, however I stopped around 3 months ago. I am now 18 , and have had chlamydia twice. Lack of using condoms put me in bad situations - which I am now dealing with the hard way. The first time I was treated for chlamydia was about a year and a half ago. The second, two months ago. I do not know how long I had the infection for however. My period is overall normal.. unless I am messing with the birth control. I last had my period August 16th and it is now October 4th. I took a pregnancy test today..it was a cheap one though , and it came back negative. I had gotten a blood test done 3 weeks ago.. and I could get pregnant.. however, due to the chlamydia.. my tubes may be really scarred up. Is it possible I could be pregnant?
