Could this be the fabled implantation bleeding?

I'm on my 2nd round of Clomid and experiencing something new. Yesterday I was 8 dpo and suddenly started spotting a bit of brown/pink. It seems to have stopped today. I was put on this med for irregular cycles and spotting between periods, but I've never spotted that early before. For the last six months I've never spotted earlier than 10 dpo and on Clomid I lasted all the way to 13 dpo (28 day cycle).
Am really trying to not get hopeful that's it's implantation... I am on antibiotics for a UTI I got a week ago, so it might just be that my body is messed up. Also, I'm starting to cramp as I usually do before my period.
Any thoughts from those who've been there? Thanks!
