I actually had the same thing happen. The good news is it only took one cycle for the cysts to resolve themselves. I also know what you mean when you say nothing ever seems to go right. It seems that for each "good" cycle we had, we then had to sit out a cycle or two, for a variety of reasons. We decided we didn't have time to do all of that, and made the decision to go on to IVF, instead of giving IUI or injectables more of a chance. I got pregnant on my second IVF which ended with a miscarriage. I'm on my third IVF now, with beta scheduled for Monday.
Yes cysts are common on injectables. I had a large cyst after IVF #1 (was on 300u of Follistim). It took two months on bcps to go away. It caused me to have to pospone IVF#2 so I was bummed. I hear ya...nothing in this journey seems to go as planned. Hang in there.
I also had a cyst which took 2 cycles on birth control pills to go away. I know what you mean about road blocks but it will be all worth it in the end.
well after reading all of that...I'm kinda nervous. I was on clomid for the past 5 months and decided to take a month off before going to injectibles. Now I am kind of nervous to start for fear of cysts and having to postpone ttc. :(
Keep the faith.
f.
also many develop cysts with clomid.
good luck...
