Did this happen to anyone else???

I had a positive OPK on CD20 and and IUI the next day. I had a lot of fertile CM, ovulatory pain, and all the usual signs of impending ovulation. My temperature increased a few days later as expected and dropped at day 31 again as expected. However, today is day 39 and no AF. I went to my RE who run some tests, and told me that ,y progesterone is too low for me to have AF this month. How can this be? I had a positive OPK, a definite thermal shift and other signs. I feel horrible b/c this was my fourth cycle with clomid first IUI and apperently the first cycle with Clomid where I did not ovulate. Has this happened to anyone else?
