I was wondering if anyone can look at my embryosCea and tell me what they think. They are from a 3 day transfer I did yesterday. http://i8.tinypic.com/4q6ey4h.jpg
one was a 7 cell grade 4 and one 8 cell grade 4 on day 3. They said they were fragmented and they grade 1-5...with 1 being the best. The RE said the cell number was great and what they want for day 3 and didnt seem that concerned at the grade 4 but it makes me nervous.
The clinic I use grade them 1-5 with 5 being the best. I had 2 grade 3's, 1 grade 4, and 3 grade 2's. They transferred the grade 4 and the grade 3's, and did not freeze the grade 2's, because they said they do not usually implant. I don't know if my grade 2 is comparible to your grade 4, just telling you what I know.
I looked at your pics and it was kinda hard for me to see with the gray scale and the angle, but they look pretty good from what I could see. I would just try not to worry and pray for the best. Are you on bedrest now? If your not, I would try to stay off your feet as much as possible. There are some clinics that require bedrest for 3 days post transfer, so if you can, do that and it might help.
Good luck to you. I'm not sure if I helped or not.
My RE said 5 is the worst but mine looked far better than a 5 which kind of confused me because I mean how far off can a 4 be??? They didnt seem to look that bad to me either so I don't know. Maybe they were close to a 3 who knows. I am doing bed rest. They say 24 to 48 hours at my clinic. I will take about 48 hours as I have to work at 10am tomorrow...but for only 6 hours. I will try and take it easy after that and I have monday off too.
I had 17 eggs, 8 mature and 6 total fertilize they were all graded a 4 and two stopped growing on day 2. We did ICSI as we have unexplained infertilityInfertility Infertility - resources Primary infertility so we want to do everything possible. We also did assisted hatching on the two implanted. The other two that we didnt implant, they are watching for 2 more days to see if they are freezable. One was 10 cell and the other 5 cell on day 3. I am not sure I want them to be or not at this point.
I had my ER on July 2nd and my ET on July 5th. I am wondering, when you got your cramping, did you also get any spotting? I have been spotting since 8 days post ET.
I heard light spotting is normal and means that the Embryo is implanting. As it nuzzles itself in there you shed a little blood. I hope you have a BFP!
I am 9w3d pg and have not spotted at any time. But everyone is different. I would let your doc know about it, but overall, they say as long as it's not enough to change a pad every hour, that it is normal, of course as long as you are not having severe pain along with it. I would still let your doc know to be safe. Good luck to you all!

Yes, I was very crampy from ER to about 24 days past Embryo transfer.....so that's normal, and actually, if you are preg. it will linger.
Good luck!
