FSH level of 16 and 39 years old

Is there anyone out there that has had success at age 39 with a FSH level of 16 using your own eggs?

my re says u can still concieve usisng your own eggs under fsh18 (my fsh is 13.9 and i'm doing iui, i am 10 days post iu) good luck sticky baby dust to u

I am 43 years old and have been TTC for 18 months. My FSH levels are elavated and my RE gave me only a 1% chance of conceiving. I'm not a candidate for IVF b/c of my FSH levels and the few times they let me try fertility drugs, it was to no avail. I just want to let you know that I stopped going to the clinics b/c I got sick of the negativity and lack of compassion from the REs who seemed only to want to work with the women with "better odds."

Well, I want you to know that I got pg at 43, NATURALLY. My story doesn't have a happy ending (yet) b/c my hCG levels have dropped and the RE said I will miscarry. But the fact that I DID get pg by myself with high FSH levels gives me hope and should give you all hope too!
