HCG Shot

Hey has anyone ever just taken the HCG shot without clomid or any other fertilility drug? My doctor wants to try just the HCG shot next month by itself. If you did just do the shot what success did it have? I had my first son with no problems, pregnant within two months. No drugs or anything. I go pregnant again in Nov 07 and the heart beat never started. Had a D&C Jan 08, ever since then cannot get pregnant for the life of me!!! My cycles are all messed up. Went on clomid for 3 months so far, not getting anywhere. Frustrating!!!

I got pg with my son using hcg and IUI. No clomid or other fertility meds. If you ovulate on your own, the hcg trigger will help with timing.
