HIGH FSH

I have 2 children and got remarried 2 years ago. We have been ttc for a year, no luck. A few month's ago I had my fsh level taken and it was 11.6 We started a ivf cycle, however the med's didn't produce more than one follicle :/ My doctor decided to do the fsh test again and it was 19! He want's me to wait another month and have the fsh test again. I just turned 45 and I know I don't have much time. Frustrated, what do I do?
