Has anyone tried reflexology w/iui?

I am getting ready to do my second IUI with follistim and ovitril, after 4 previous IUI's w/clomid. I have a friend who has been seeing a chiropractor who does reflexology for infertility. He has a pretty high success rate, but I was just wondering if anyone else has tried this and what the results were...I am thinking of trying it with my next round of injections but I am hoping someone else has tried it!!

Also, does anyone have any thoughts on doing two inseminations with ovulation? ANY help would be much appreciated!

Hi  Julie,  What is reflexology?     I've had 2 unsuccessful IUI's and think I've realized now that they were unsuccessful because of the timing.  If you're using frozen sperm the lifespan is very short (about 12 hours!) compared to fresh which can last several days!  So timing really is everything!

To answer your question about two IUI's per cycle.  I'm trying that this month.  I think it'll improve my chances and over the long run save $$.  There is at least a couple of women on this forum who I know tried two IUI's and became pregnant.  Best of luck Julie, I hope it all works out for you!

i never heard of doing 2 IUI's...very interesting i am gonna ask my RE. is reflexology a massage? but where...does it stimulate your fertility??lol
