I am using it also. 1st month. It showed me high fertility (2nd bar) from about my 8th day to my 16th day. Finally at my 17th and 18th day it peaked. Now I'm waiting. I had several friends that used it and it worked. For me it's been helpful because I now know when LH surge occurs naturally. I understand that it doesn't work with Clomid or meds like it. It helped me to be more aware of my body by actually counting the days with it. I felt the tender boobs, pain in the overy area. Very neat...I hope it works for you and me!

I used it while taking clomid and then femara and it worked just fine.  I liked how it kept track of the surge and you can even contact them for a device to transfer the information from the monitor to your home computer.   Good Luck!

What do you mean it doesn't work with Clomid? I am on 150mg this month.

I had a friend who used it while taking Clomid and it didn't give her accurate results. She got pregnant without a peak. It also states in the manual that it may show more high days because the increased level of estrogen and that this can prevent it from detecting the presence of an LH surge. (pg. 26)
nutmegg stated it worked just fine which is good news. I guess like everything, it depends on your body. I'm sorry I said this. I didn't realize you were taking Clomid. Don't get discouraged, it's probably one of those things that for every person it didn't work for you'll find 5 that it did.
Good Luck to you. Keep us posted.

All I can really do is try it. :) Don't want to tell my hubby about it maybe not working - finally convinced him to buy it :) It's no big deal about the comment about the Clomid - like I said - all I can do is try and pray!

worked 2nd month I used to and I conceived my son.  This time I am just starting my 3rd cycle with it.  GL to us all!

Used it on and off for a year before someone spilled liquid soap on it and ruined it!  I only got the little egg 2x but I suspect I do not o every month.  I did get High level (just under egg pic) every month.  Dont know if this means i wasnt ovulating?/  Good luck- a little expensive but a girl I worked with had much better luck than me. She was trying to get preg for 3yrs.  Then used this monitor and was prego after 6mo.  GOOD LUCK!

The first month I used it, i didn't get "peak" reading, just "high" for about 10 days.  When the monitor moved from low to high, I also started doing OPKs on those days, and did have a +OPK.  When I spoke to the company, they said that the two systems work differently, and that the monitor was probably just getting to know my body.  It worked after that, but i would definately suggest using it in conjunction with OPK for the first month at least (after spending $250, another $20 should be reasonable).  Good luck and happy BDing

I bought one and used it with the first month of clomid and got a high reading from day 6 up until my period and never got a Peak reading. I did some research and some women commented that it because of the clomid all you will get is a high reading but i still used it and on my 15th day I got a Peak reading so the first month the monitor is getting to know your levels and cycle. So the monitor does work while on Clomid. Good luck.

This was my first cycle of clomid, I was worried about the monitor not working, but it did, though it showed the peak day a few hours before I O'd, I could feel the O starting when I woke up, and it came out peak.
I think it just depends but it is handy to have, I like it to keep track of CD's e.t.c
