I did ovulate! Anyone else on clomid welcome

I had posted yesterday about if I ovulated or not. Well, this morning my temp went way up. So, beware of target brand opk's, they suck! They really don't look positive, but a thin sliver of the line is as dark as the control. I think we had a good chance, we didn't bd but yesterday which appears to be the day I ovulated. Hopefull we caught it in time!!

How's everyone else on clomid doing? Ovulated yet? Two week wait? It was day 18 for me, taking it days 3-7 100mg.

It is always cd 18 for me on or off Clomid.  I am only on cd11 right now.  Just had my cd11 blood drawn today.  I am doing cd5-9 on Clomid and this month I am doing the Clomid Challenge Test so I am on 100mg.  My husband is convinced  Clomid has given me Terret's!!  Since I have been very cranky and a bad potty mouth this month!!  I told him it is just the meds, and be patient!!!  I will be kind again eventually!  HA!

hey 2nd cycle on clomid  50mg    cd 2-6 along with metformin 500 mg everyday.   today is cd 17. i think i might of ovulated sat or sun. bd on time, so hoping to get my bfp! i guess the tww begins! good luck to all about to ov & in the tww.

Yea!  I just started Clomid this month.  I am on CD17 today...I've been testing for almost 2 weeks now...I've had lines...just not lines as dark as the control.  So, maybe my day will be tomorrow!  Baby dust to you!

HOPING4AMIRACLE- Are you planning on upping the met or just taking 500mg? Have you gotten a fasting blood sugar done? Mine is a little elevated but not even in the pre diabetic range. I've lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks since I started it, and I weighed 145 when starting it. I've just upped to 1000 and am freaking out because I ovulated and feel like I need to be on more to prevent a miscarriage. So much to worry about! I've had 3, so I guess it makes sense.

Anyhow, yay for september lets get bfp's before the end! And let them stick.

for now i am not upping the dose with metformin. i don't know my ob just gave me prescriptions for about  3 months and he said here you go see you in  3 months. he hasn't done any exams but trust i will ask him when i go back in november if i dont get my bfp . i have to see what i am going to do. i've been thinking about iui, shots or maybe even ivf. don't know what direction to head in. i guess when it gets to that point we'll decided.

wow thats amazing how you lost 8 pounds. i really haven't weighted myself in the longest. are you dieting? what is it that you are doing????

hopefully september will be out month. keeping my fingers crossed!

clomid has also made me a little crazy & man the hot flashes are terrible.

I've been sick off and on from the met, every time I've tried to bump up, but even when I'm eating normal amounts (still fairly healthy food) I"m losing weight. I didn't really want to lose weight, though it's kinda fun to have everything so loose on me. I don't think I've been this skinny since I got married and had to fit in the dress! But I'm nauseated a lot, esp since I just went up to 1000. It sucks, but I keep thinking it will keep me from having another miscarriage. I'm not sure if that's totally true or not.

Hi, i'm new to clomid too and i'm on metformin 1500mg daily now thats stress! to keep the met down  i take losec 20mg daily and it helps, but i'm steping down to 1000mg as bs is too low. i hope this time next year we all have babies. Its reassuring reading your comments.

Did your side effects get better with time? I'm  just really trying to fight it out, I want to be at a dose that will help me not miscarry. I guess I'm a bit different in that regard as I already ovulate on my own but I keep having miscarriages. I don't know how to tell if it's working or not! Or what dose will help at all. Pretty sure I O'd on CD18...got a positive OPK and my temps went up the next day.  They've been up since then.  Now I'm just waiting to be able to test!

I'm on my 4th cycle of clomid (100mg) d3-7.  Was given a HCG shot on d15.  results of my progestrone level came in today and were at 11.5.  So my dr. put me on prometrium 100mg (suppository) for 5days.  I'm supposed to take a hpt on saturday!!  I'm anxious, but My dh and i have been seeing a fertility specialist for 2years and i have a 2 surgeries so far. one was to remove a cyst off my left ovary( size of a softball) they missed it at my pap test.??!!  that was in 2005. Recently after a saline solution u/s they found polyps in my uterus! wow.  I just recently had them removed and my dr. says everything looks great.  But feeling a little unsure whats going to happen next if this last cycle of clomid and stuff dont work!!  I know that they dont want to keep women on clomid for too long, I think that i have 1 or 2 more cycles of clomid left before i have to probably move on to the next step.  my question is about the metformin,  has it had good results for anyone who has had to take it in combination with clomid?  My dr. suggested a while ago but hasn't made any recent suggestions of me using it.  I am not diabetic. just did a ogtt and it was normal.  any feedback would be helpful. Thanks
