Is it possible to ovulate while taking femara?

Hi Ladies.

My chart looks really weird this month.  I'm only on CD 9 and took my last dosage of Femara on Thursday night.  My BBT has been increasing and I'm a little worried that I have O'd already.  So far I havent done any OPK's because in my experience it is just far too early for me to be Oing.  

Anyone else had any difficulties with temping while on Femara?  Can it raise one's BBT?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I should have also mentioned that i had pains in my ovaries on Thursday, but I didnt think too much about it since i didnt think that I could O on Femara... just figured that i was sensitive because of  the growing follicles.

It can happen, but isn't likely. I o'd one time on clomid on cd9. Femara I ran pretty close to normal. Your temp may be affected just from the drug. I know mine runs a little higher when I am on it. See if it goes back down. It may also be a sleep disturbance. Sometimes, we don't even realize out sleep was disturbed. Really vivid dreams affect my temps a little, too.

Thanks for the advice Tina.  I guess I was just having a little freak-out.  I'm sure that the temp change was due to a sleep disturbance or a difference in the temperature of the room.  LOL - DH finally was home after a week of being away.  He's one of those really warm people so maybe he warmed me up too!  LOL!  (and not in a hoochie coochie sort of way!)
