Lupron Depot and Fertility

Hi,
When is someone most fertile after taking Lupron Depot? I stopped on July 13th, 2009 that was my last of 5 shots.
Before that, I had moderate endo, and had my right fallopian, right ovary (and appendix) removed on Oct. 16th 2008.
I would appreciate all and any help, answers, support, love, etc.
It's been so emotional.
