Menstration

by nickieb85, Jul 03, 2009 12:53PM
Does anyone know how to induce AF ? I have read that drinking parsley tea 3-4 times a day can bring on AF as well as ascorbic acid in Vitamin C could help bring on AF.... I am not pregnant but I would like an opportunity to try a more natural approach to conceiving before I have to start clomid using soy isoflavones.... Could anyone give me any advice on the subject?

I don't know of any natural remedies. Usually women are prescribed a progesterone supplement (like provera) to induce a period.

Ive been prescribed provera twice and I hated the side effects and wanted to give it a natural try before having to go through that again :)

Thank you ladies. Vitex didn't help but I am now using parsley vag suppositories and drinking parsley tea until it starts I was looking for pennyroyal but I believe that I would have to order it on the internet and I know it is not completely safe! SO I will let you know how long it takes before I start AF!
