My DR said he had to reposition my ovaries and tubes which were covered with endo and stuck to uterine wall. Has anyone had anything like this.PLEASE HELP. Hi, welcome. I'm new too. I've had 2 laps and the second they did a lot of repair work to left tube. It's completely blocked again now after about 5 years. I also have PCOS though so my eggs don't release they turn into cysts. Even if they did though I'd only have one tube that would allow it to travel. I have been told that after a lap the surgery itself can cause even more scar tissue so keep on top of everything. It's good you were able to get pg the first time though. In vitro is my only option now because of the tube, scar tissue and PCOS but I'm wishing you all the luck in the world.

Thanks alot for the response. It's all so stressfull. Would you happen to know anything about tilted cervix. I try to check my cm but the opening of my cervix is very hard to feel its tilted toward my back. Can this harm my ttc. Should I try certain positions. Thanks for any answer you may have.
