Normal Fetal Heart Rates

I went to the doctor yesterday and I am 15 weeks pregnant. The fetal heart rate was 144 using the doppler. At my 11 week visit the heart rate was 170. Is this normal? I was concerned because the heart rate dropped considerably from the last visit. Thanks for your help.

That is a normal heartrate. 120-160 is normal for 15 weeks. It is normal for the heartrate to flucuate during the day too. Congratulations.

Thanks for your reassurance. I am just a little nervous because my first pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 5 1/2 weeks. I still can't stop worrying.
