OK...so I've read that in order to optimize your chances for conception, you need to drink lots of water to increase CM. BUT the annoying thing is that every month, when I get closer to ovulation, I start using OPKs...and then you're not suppose to drink anything for four hours. So I basically get up, pee, wait for four hours while I do some work, and then test. So I never drink anything from the time I go to bed till the time I test at like noon the next day. Does it matter?
Oh, OK! That's good to know. Maybe I just need to relax and not worry so much about drinking anything before testing then...as long as I'm not drinking gallons at a time :-)
Thanks, Helen!
