Most doctors like to do the procedure 36 hours after trigger.  good luck!

I asked the same question.. I triggered my last cycle on a sat night at 10pm and went in tues at 10am my husband had to be there at 9pm. I thought that was to long. My girlfriend went in 24 hrs later with the same dr. we were both negative. Im on the second cycle and haven't triggered yet i think tomorrow. lol I have 3 eggs all 15 mm . I hope this helps.

Ho bfromthed! I agree with the others...most RE's prefer 36 hours after, since most women ovulate 36-40 hours or so after. Plus think about it this way, in IVF cycles, they almost ALWAYS trigger 36 hours before retrieval, and they certainly wouldn't risk anything when there's that much as stake. So you should be fine ;-)

Best of luck on Tuesday! Got my fingers crossed for you!

my doctor has me take my trigger shot approx 15 - 16 hours prior to my IUI's... I actually did get a BFP on my first IUI however I miscarried at 7 weeks.  I really don't think that there is a "perfect" time for the procedure after the trigger.  You know if the timing is good if there is minimal spotting and virtually no pain during the IUI.  Good luck to all
